Northline Studio began in 2013 with one simple frustration: renovation projects were too often a relay race between a designer, a builder and a dozen trades who never spoke to each other.
We built a different model. One studio holds the design, the budget and the build. You meet the people doing the work, and you keep the same project lead from the first visit to the final snag list.
We work on a small number of projects at a time so every home gets proper attention. Meet the team or see our recent work.

AfterNorthline rebuilt our kitchen and the whole process felt calm. The quote did not move and every trade turned up when they said they would.

They understood the house straight away and made decisions we would never have thought of. The finish is beautiful without feeling precious.

We stayed on site through a whole home renovation and the team kept everything tidy and predictable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Most Northline projects start at £18,000 for a single room and £95,000 for a whole home. After a site visit we provide a fixed price proposal with every trade and material allowance listed, so you can compare like for like.
A bathroom typically takes 5 to 7 weeks, a kitchen 8 to 10 weeks and a loft conversion 12 to 16 weeks. Whole home projects are staged and usually run for 5 to 8 months depending on the structural work.
Yes. One project lead plans the trades, orders materials, runs site checks and sends you a weekly update. You do not need to coordinate separate contractors.
Often, yes. We phase works, protect floors and routes, and agree dust and water shutdowns in advance. For heavy structural projects we will tell you honestly if moving out for a few weeks will be faster and safer.
Our teams work across London and within roughly an hour of the studio. Share your postcode and we will confirm whether we can cover it properly.
