Yes. The first consultation, site visit and budget conversation are free. Measured drawings, planning packages and full material schedules are chargeable design work, and we explain that before you commit.
We price from a measured survey, not a phone description. Allowances are listed for materials and any hidden work, and the price is fixed once the scope is agreed.
Design work can usually begin within two to three weeks. Site start depends on planning, party wall and material lead times, and we give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
